You can try the free support at http://www.nitropdf.com/professional/support/priority_support.asp; it says it&#039;s for customers that didn&#039;t purchase a support subscription, so it may work.  Plus, I believe you receive complementary 30 day support when you purchase, though I can&#039;t remember now.
